Something wrong with my order?
All purchases are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, has printing imperfections, or is otherwise defective, you have the option to:
Take a high quality photograph of the damage and email to email@example.com
If I determine that the damaged item does not meet my strict quality standards, I will send you a replacement.
For any other issues with your order, send an email and I will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
When will my order arrive?
All prints are produced by my local printing lab on demand, meaning there will be a turnaround time of approx 2-4 weeks before your order will be ready to ship. You will receive email updates on the status of your order and will be notified when your order has shipped and provided with a tracking number.
Are you available for commissions?
Yes! I am available for commissions, portraits, and pet portraits in my signature style. I love working with clients to create their vision, and embrace a collaborative process where we work together to choose the size, color palette, subject matter, and composition to create a beautiful finished painting. I share my entire process with you from start to finish, and invite you to experience it fully.
Commissions are priced in the same range as my original artwork. I ask for half up front, non-refundable, and the remaining upon completion. Revisions can be made during the planning and sketching process, but not after the painting is completed. I reserve the right to use the final piece in my portfolio and produce print editions, unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional fees may be assessed in the case of: request is not my signature style; fast turnaround time requested; exclusivity requested. If I feel that we are not a good fit, I may reject your commission so that you can find the right artist for your needs.
